Delivery

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We usually ship within 1-2 days of order. We will contact you if we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe. Our standard UK delivery charge is £6.95 per order. Items are sent by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery. For the EU, we ship via courier and the delivery charge is £35 per order and for the Rest of the World the delivery charge is £50.

International orders (outside the United Kingdom)

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and a carrier handling fee charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are normally collected by the courier before or on delivery.

Charges vary by country and by order value and are outside Kaminee's control — we are unable to calculate them in advance or refund them. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges have not been paid, any refund will be for the value of the goods only, less our outbound shipping cost and any charges incurred in returning the parcel.
