Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

We offer UK delivery via DPD Tracked Delivery at a flat rate of £8.95 per order.

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability. Should we be unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you with an update.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to follow your delivery.

Please note that pre-orders, bespoke and made-to-order items may require additional time, as indicated at the time of purchase.

All goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives or arrange a refund.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery via courier at the following rates:

• Europe (EU and eligible European destinations): £35 per order

• Rest of the World (eligible destinations): £50 per order

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Available delivery options and charges will be confirmed at checkout.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and courier handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are normally collected by the courier before or upon delivery.

Charges vary depending on the destination and order value and are outside Kaminee's control. We are unable to calculate these charges in advance or reimburse duties and taxes paid directly to customs authorities.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.

Refused or Undelivered International Orders

If a parcel is refused or returned because import duties or customs charges have not been paid, please contact us.

Any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where permitted by law, reasonable outbound shipping and return costs incurred by Kaminee may be deducted from the refund.
