Delivery

We usually ship within 1–2 days of order. We will contact you if we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe.

UK: £6.95 per order, sent by Royal Mail Signed For. Typically arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch.

EU: £35 per order, sent by courier. Typically arrives within 5–7 working days of dispatch.

Rest of World: £50 per order, sent by courier. Typically arrives within 7–14 working days of dispatch.

International customers (outside the United Kingdom): prices exclude import duties and taxes. Any customs charges, import VAT and courier handling fees are set by your destination country, not by Kaminee, and are payable by you on delivery.

Returns

Email info@kaminee.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to request a return (UK orders only). Once we've confirmed it, send the item back within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Please return by a tracked or signed-for service (postage at your cost, unless the item is faulty). Refunds are made to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the return.

For returns on international orders, please contact us to discuss options.

Event and fair purchases can be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 7 days, but aren't eligible for a refund. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces can't be returned for a change of mind.
