Returns & Refunds
At Kaminee, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.
UK orders — your 14-day window
To return a UK online purchase, email info@kaminee.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once we've confirmed it, please send the item back within 14 days of our confirmation. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with all Kaminee tags attached. Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled or missing tags may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
International orders
For returns on orders shipped outside the UK, please contact info@kaminee.co.uk to discuss options.
How to return (UK)
Please return your item by a tracked or signed-for service and keep your proof of postage — until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility. Return postage is at your own cost, except where an item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we reimburse your reasonable return postage.
Your refund
Once we've received and inspected your return, we refund the price of the goods to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for it to appear, depending on your payment provider.
We don't refund the original delivery charge on change-of-mind returns, except where the law requires it: if you cancel within 14 days of delivery under your statutory right of cancellation, we refund the standard delivery charge up to our standard UK rate. Where an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we refund in full including postage.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or style, return your item as above and enclose a note with what you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Event and fair purchases
Items bought in person at our events or fairs don't qualify for a refund, as you've had the chance to try them on. They can be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 7 days, in their original condition with tags attached.
Bespoke and made-to-order items
Because these are made specifically for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind. Your rights regarding faulty goods are unaffected.
International returns
For orders shipped outside the UK, return postage is the customer's responsibility, and any import duties or taxes already paid are not refundable by Kaminee.
Your statutory rights
None of the above affects your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
